In
1999 GOD inspired and instructed Pastor Robinson to establish a local
Church in the Bloomington/Normal area. Pastor Robinson shares that
GOD revealed to him of a coming “remnant” of people to
this area. These people would be composed of believers who had been
touched by GOD but had lost their way of living for GOD. “The
Word will be in them but they will not be living by it”. Others
of the “remnant” would be those who knew the Word or were
exposed to the Word because of church attendance but had never made
Jesus Lord of their life.
GOD’s mandate to Pastor Robinson,” I gave you the Word! Go and give it to them! I have ordained a people that will hear your voice. You have the Word that they need.”
Pastor Robinson shared this direction with local Church leadership where it was confirmed by Five Fold Ministry gifts (Apostles, Pastors) of his mantle to Pastor. Advised by local leadership to wait for direction in timing from the LORD, Pastor Robinson continued to work in churches and the community to serve others.
While in worship service, GOD moved upon Pastor Robinson and directed him, “The time to start is now”. Later he found GOD had given that same direction to his wife and daughter. Anointed by the local church Elders & Pastor, he was sent forth to initiate the work of the LORD.
On September 25, 2005 Zoe Christian Center opened its doors and held its first service as the church GOD inspired him to establish in this region.
